AMERICAN HORROR STORY was a tremendous success, due mainly to its top notch cast. Primary among the enlisted was Jessica (FRANCIS, CAPE FEAR) Lange, who played Constance Langdon. Show co-creator Ryan Murphy has teased that the second season of HORROR will involve some drastic changes, and that those might include personnel changes. TVLine caught up with Lange backstage at the Golden Globes and got the scoop on whether or not she will return to television’s most haunted abode.
“Yes, we are considering a second season,” she intimated. “Nothing is definite yet. I know that everybody that is returning will be playing a different character.” [ed: !!]
Lange has enjoyed her time on the FX program, sharing, “I rarely see a script that excites me, but with American Horror Story, every time we would get a new [script], they would have written something for me that was really exciting and challenging.”
AMERCIAN HORROR STORY returns this fall.
