According to THR, Oscar winner Morgan Freeman is attached to a role in a Warner Bros. comedy with the working title Dirty Old Men.
The film, which is being eyed by director Peter Segal, follows an aging playboy who has finally met the love of his life. Meanwhile his best friend, and wingman for the past 40 years, does everything he can to break up the couple. Freeman is attached to take on the role of the best friend/wingman and the studio would love to have Jack Nicholson star as well, but he has yet to attach himself to the project.
More details to come later, but as of now, we can look forward to seeing the skilled Morgan Freeman play a new kind of character.
