Jack and Diane Delayed; Loses Page

Cinematical is reporting that it appears Ellen Page and her Juno co-star Olivia Thirlby will not be locking lips in the lesbian werewolf film Jack and Diane.Like good Kremlinologists, they have been scouring the IMDB web pages and note the film is no longer showing up on Page’s page. The website could also find no additional information about the film at IMDB, with Thirlby still attached or elsewhere. The film was to be written and directed by Bradley Rust Gray (Hitch) which at one point had a June 2008 release date. Werewolf-movies.com confirms IMDB’s note that the film has shifted to 2010 with no details.
As for the plot, try this on for size:
“Jack and Diane, two teenage lesbians, meet in New York City and spend the night kissing ferociously. Diane’s charming innocence quickly begins to open Jack’s tough skinned heart. But, when Jack discovers that Diane is leaving the country in a week she tries to push her away. Diane must struggle to keep their love alive while hiding the secret that her newly awakened sexual desire occasionally turns her into a werewolf.”
