Supernatural executive producer Eric Kripke has been signed a new two year deal at Warner Bros. He will generate new projects for the studio in addition to watching over the fourth season of the series. Whether or not he will be involved in the much rumored Old West prequel spinoff series is unknown.
At Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors, director Ruggero Deodato discussed his sequel to Cannibals, Cannibal Holocaust. The script is now complete with production anticipated to start in September. He also mentioned he and the producer still need to hash out one final creative sticking point which may threaten the start of principal photography.
Spider-Man 4 currently without an approved script, director, or confirmed cast, has been pencilled in for a May 2011 release date according to the Los Angeles Times. This puts out in between April 30’s Captain America and July’s Avengers projects which Marvel previously announced. Is that too much too soon?
