More Poughkeepsie for DVD

The Poughkeepsie Tapes story continues to evolve.  The mockumentary was picked up a short while back by MGM and still has no release date.  But, John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle confirmed for Bloody Disgusting that they have gone back to work, shooting one new scene.

“We’re shooting an extra scene for the unrated extended DVD,” he told the site. “We’re not changing anything in the movie, just adding another scene from the tapes. We’re just adding another little creepy moment to the movie give the DVD watchers a special treat… the theatrical film will remain the same.”
