Clock Tower Chimes at Senator

Senator Entertainment has picked up from The Weinstein Company’s production scrap heap, Clock Tower. The horror film, based on the video game of the same name, was optioned some time back and has languished ever since. It will be directed by Martin Weisz (The Hills Have Eyes 2) from Eric Poppen’s (Borderland) script. Word is he will base the screen story on the second game in the series, The Struggle. If true, it will feature a young girl trapped in a mental institution coping with a family curse. Filming will begin in July.
